GPS-Direct are pleased to advise that Summerfields Care Home near Chichester in West Sussex has a new owner. Dr Ali Mandegaran took ownership of the home on 5 August 2011, having had his purchase funded by a finance package put together by our colleagues at Chandler & Co.
We wish the previous owners, Sue and Gary McIndoe, all the best in their other business ventures and Dr Mandegaran the best of success with his first care home business.

Additionally, on 8 August 2011 the sale completed on The Greengrocer located in the Enterprise Centre in Eastbourne. Mark Kelly, the new owner, took over the business following a very speedy conveyancing and we wish him all the best in his new venture.
