We are pleased to announce the sale of the above business which completed just before Christmas 2018.
We began marketing the business in March, found a suitable buyer in August and exchanged contracts that month. The buyers of the business liked the potential of the property but with the intention of using it in a different way and it will now be used as Boarding Accommodation by Thetford Grammar School.
It is a shame for the previous owners to have to close the business, however they are pleased that it will be used to accommodate future generations. Having spent a lot of time and money restoring the property when they bought it and then turning it into a successful business the owners are now looking forward to having more time to spend with family and potentially look for other opportunities in the future.
