GPS are delighted to announce the sale of the Palm Court Hotel in the popular tourist town of Eastbourne.
This 39 bedroom hotel is located in Eastbourne’s historic Devonshire Quarter, which borders the town centre and seafront, an area known for its fantastic proximity to these attractions as well as several Theatres and the Towner Art Gallery.
The Palm Court offers spacious guest rooms, all with en suite facilities, plus has an on-site restaurant and a cosy lounge bar. Largely serving the tourist market, it has a good relationship with several coach tour operators who bring repeat business to the hotel.
