GPS have now completed the sale of the Hadleigh Hotel, a 62-bedroom business close to the seafront in Eastbourne.
It sold off an asking price of £2.1 million and the new owner has already gained planning permission to convert part of the premises to residential flats while maintaining the majority of the guest bedrooms.
