We are pleased to announce the sale of Monsieur Deli in Eastbourne.
This was a rare opportunity to acquire a high volume independent Deli sandwich bar situated among the high street branded outlets within the prime retail location of Eastbourne. The unit offers an excellent trading position close to the main entrance to the centre and draws trade from the high footfall of shoppers and local staff. The centre itself is shortly to undergo a £85m redevelopment, creating 15-20 new shops and upwards of 500 jobs and this business is exclusively positioned to benefit from the increased trade.
