We are pleased to announce the sale of the Beeches Guest House in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. With 13 guest bedrooms and a lovely 2 bedroom owners flat at the rear of the property the business provided an ideal opportunity for someone to live onsite and to develop the business further.
We wish the new owners, the Dayal family the best of luck with their new business and wish the previous owners, Mr & Mrs Draper a long and happy retirement as well as spending more time with their family.
