This charming seafront establishment, known for its "barista coffees, speciality teas," and much more, has officially been acquired by its new owner, Chris Sullivan.

Beyond its reputation for quality beverages and light bites like paninis and pastries, the premises features a large commercial kitchen and flexible accommodation across three floors.
