This well-established and profitable roofing contractor serves clients mainly in the East Sussex, Surrey and Kent areas. It was established in 1989 and services include both new installation and repair work and the business benefits from an outstanding reputation with high levels of referred and repeat business.

Also completing this month is the sale of Courteneys Coffee & Café in Bexhill-on-Sea.
This coffee shop is in a prominent position in a desirable residential area of Bexhill. It sells an easily managed menu of food and drinks and is very popular with local residents, workers and visitors to the area. The premises are maintained and decorated to a high standard, and it is well equipped.
