1. All purchase contracts
are made between the developer and private purchaser.
2. For a limited period the developer will accept a
down payment from 30% of the purchase price excluding
taxes with the balance payable on the handing over of
the keys and signing of the title deed to the
property/ies. Balance payable by mortgage of up to 80%
of contract purchase price, subject to status and
terms. Completion on these properties is approximately
2 years hence.
3. Spanish banks can offer up to an 80% mortgage
(subject to status) on an interest only payment basis
for up to 2 years. The promotional package includes an
interest only mortgage paid for up to 1 year. The
payment shall be made based on 3.5% interest on 80% of
the purchase price.
4. Purchasers wishing to take advantage of benefits of
the Spanish holding company will need to sign
additional agreements between (a) themselves, (b) the
holding company, (c) the accountant and solicitor and
(d) the bank, ensuring total security and fluidity of
transactions.
5. Convenient inspection trips are available for this
exclusive package, with flight costs refunded to
