Following on from the recent sale of Anneries in the Eastbourne Enterprise Centre, we are delighted to announce the sale of another business in this much sought after location.
The sale represented a rare opportunity to acquire a well-established haberdashery, wool and craft shop in a unique setting. In the same family ownership for over 20 years, the shop has a loyal following of regular customers and has enjoyed considerable year-on-year growth due to the increasing popularity of home crafts. This easily run, profitable business was offered for sale due to the retirement of the owner.
We wish the new owners, Steve and Karen Preston, the best of success in their new business venture and former owner, Marcia Bullock, a long and happy retirement.
