GPS Business Sales are delighted to announce the sale of Oonasdivers Ltd based in Eastbourne, having been purchased by an existing operator in this niche sector.
The sale represented a rare opportunity to purchase one of the UK’s longest established holiday tour operators specialising in scuba diving. The company services a number of UK dive centres and clubs as well as colleges and universities. The sale included all IP including trademarks, web domains and databases.
Sold off a leasehold asking price of £75,000.
