GPS-Direct are pleased to announce the sale of Coast Café in Great Yarmouth to Mr Colin Jones.
Currently trading as a day-time café on 2 floors, there is ample opportunity to broaden the cuisine to include sandwiches, baguettes and hot meals, including breakfasts.
The premises were sold leasehold off an asking price of £10,000 with 5 years remaining on the current lease.
