The business enjoys both regular and passing trade, with a seasonal uplift due to its proximity to the seafront. The premises have been exceptionally well maintained by our vendor client, who after 10 successful years is looking to pursue other opportunities. The premises was sold off a leasehold asking price of £12,500.
