We are delighted to announce the sale of the Old Town Guest House in Hastings. The new owner, Tracey Winklmair, took possession of this charming guest house on Friday, 9 November. Tracey has relocated back to the UK, having previously run a very successful business in Austria.

With 4 individual guest bedrooms and separate owner’s accommodation, the business is well placed to service the growing number of tourists and visitors to this thriving seaside resort. There is an opportunity to create further guest bedrooms within the building. The Old Town Guest House was sold off a leasehold asking price of £120,000.
