We are delighted to announce that Anneries in Eastbourne Enterprise Centre has been purchased by the Dobson family.
Following a refurbishment, the café has been relaunched as Lattetude.
Anneries was a rare opportunity to acquire a popular catering business within the sought after Enterprise Centre in Eastbourne. The premises occupy a unique corner site, with access from both within the centre and directly from outside. The current business trades as a coffee shop and cafe, but there is huge scope to develop both aspects as well as providing further income from increased trading hours and take-away trade.
Anneries was sold off a leasehold asking price of £12,500.
